This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for services purchased from Grow Yoga. We publish this information clearly to ensure transparency for all students.
1. Class reservations
If you have reserved a spot in a class, please cancel at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time by emailing help@growyoga.online or calling +81 3-5610-5801. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of a class credit from your pass.
2. Drop-in purchases
Single drop-in purchases (¥3,500) are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unused drop-ins are non-refundable after 30 days. If you cannot attend due to illness, contact us before expiration—we may extend validity at our discretion.
3. Class passes
10-class passes (¥28,000) are valid for 3 months from purchase. Unused classes are non-refundable once the pass is activated. Passes are non-transferable.
4. Monthly unlimited membership
Monthly unlimited memberships (¥18,000/month) auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the next billing date. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to help@growyoga.online. No partial-month refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.
5. Studio closures
If we cancel a class due to instructor illness, facility issues, or public holidays, affected students receive a credit or may reschedule at no additional charge.
6. Refund requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase for unused passes that have not been activated. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Administrative fees may apply for payment processing costs.
7. Workshops & special events
Workshop cancellations are subject to the terms stated at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund; later cancellations may receive studio credit only.
